It isn't advised to recover a uninstalled program. It is not possible because you will experience errors and you won't be able to use the program. The only way to use Lockbox Professional again is to download and install the latest version of the program.

Use the Kaspersky to add the application to Exclusions list. From what I see, My Lockbox is not a spyware application. This means that Kaspersky wrongly detected it and this is all a false alarm. Just add the application to the Exclusion list and it will work normally.
